ABOUT US
Less than 8% of the enlisted force holds a bachelors degree.
The branches of the US military do not value or consider enlisted member's education when looking at their professional development or assignment selection. Therefore these members are often overeducated and underutilized, serving in positions where they are underpaid and misaligned.
As of 2022, enlisted veterans fill no more than 10% of veteran slots at the Top 30 MBA programs in the United States.
The contributing factors to this fundamental imbalance are simple:
Selection Bias - We simply do not apply to these programs in the same numbers officers do
Predefined Success - We are so often so hyper-focused on our goal of obtaining our undergraduate degree, that we do not consider the possibilities of continued education
Resources Available - Due to being paid less, the ability for us to get tutors, test preparation, or admissions consultants is drastically lower than our commissioned counterparts
Role Models - Due to the low number of members who have taken this path, we do not often come across individuals who have successfully executed it, so many enlisted veterans do not even know it is an option
WHAT WE DO
EMPOWER
We give you access to a community of enlisted veterans at all stages of the MBA process. From members who have just enlisted and are starting early to MBA graduates working in industries across the globe. This community acts as role models and helps you see your true potential.
EDUCATE
We demystify a lot of the noise you find about an MBA and the process online by giving you access to first-hand experiences, templates, forms, and outlines. There is no such thing as "too early" to get started. There is no such thing as "no" in this group, there is only "this is how."
ELEVATE
We look to help you push beyond what you think is possible. By surrounding yourself with a group of individuals that are constantly striving to be the best versions of themselves, you will begin to look further and work hard. Do not settle after service, use your skills to go further than ever.
